By no
means would it be incorrect to state that whenever Alka Yagnik and Sonu Nigam
are behind the microphone (regardless of whether they are rendering a duet, a
solo or a track with other singers), they are, more often than not, right on
the mo(o)ney.
That was
why Aye Chand Teri Chandni – from Tera Jadoo Chal Gayaa, which released in
2000 – was a let-down.
The track
was penned by a man for whom the genre was far from Anjaan – the one and only
Sameer.
The
highlight of the Ismail Darbar composition was its melody.
