Dil Vich Lagya Ve, the only song from Chup Chup Ke (2006) on this blog, was a pretty good example of a
song that typified national integration – it was a Hindi film directed by a
Malayali (Priyadarshan), the song was composed by a Gujarati (Himesh
Reshammiya), and of course, its hook was in Punjabi.
The track, which could be translated to, “It is in my heart”, was five minutes and 26 seconds long, and was penned by none other than Sameer Anjaan.
It was rendered by three singers – Akriti Kakar, Kunal Ganjawala and Sonu Nigam.
