One had to listen
to the songs of Rog (2005), on loop
for them to grow on him/her.
And the only song from the film on this blog – Maine Dil Se Kaha – was no different.
Neelesh Misra penned the delightful track, whose next three lines went, “Dhoondh laana khushi. Nasamajh laaya gham, toh yeh gham hi sahi” (which means, “I asked heart to bring me happiness. But if the naïve one brought me sorrow instead, I have to accept it.”)
KK rendered the M M Kreem composition, which was five minutes and 11 seconds long.
