It didn’t lack cHaRtbuster quality

Jhalak Dikhlaja – the song from Aksar (2006), not the desi adaptation of BBC’s Dancing with the Stars (which airs on Colors*) – was, undoubtedly, another feather in the cap of Himesh Reshammiya.

He did not just compose it, but rendered it as well.

It was certainly the most popular song in the film, and one of the biggest hits of the year.

Sameer penned the track, which was five minutes and 17 seconds long.

Its remixed version was 16 seconds shorter than the original.

(*Note: The name of the reality show is spelled Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.)
