It certainly had the RFAKtor

If Kalyug (2005) weren’t a Hindi film produced by the Bhatts, one would have mistaken it for a Pakistani album, because some of the catchiest numbers in it were penned, composed and rendered by artistes on the other side of the border.

Even Jiya Dhadak Dhadak Jaaye, which was by far the most outstanding in the film, was composed by Rohail Hyatt [yes, he read the (Vital) Signs] and Faisal Rafi.

Five minutes and 15 seconds long, it was penned by Asim Raza.

But the song’s highlight was its rendition by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan.
