MiSter Kher’s class was evident

Isn’t “I have dyed my scarf in the colours of my beloved” such a beautiful thing to say?

Well, that was the translation of Rang Deeni, which was, indeed, the most popular song on the soundtrack of Dev, which released in 2004.

The track, which was four minutes and 31 seconds long, was penned by Muqtida Hasan Nida Fazli, who was known by his last two names.

The underrated beauty, which was composed by Aadesh Shrivastava, was rendered by Kailash Kher, ex-Viva! member Mahua Kamat and Shraddha Pandit (the niece of the composer’s wife Vijayta).
